Shipping Policy

UK : All orders are shipped via a tracked service. Please select your preferred courier at checkout. Some packages may require a signature.
Rest of the World : All orders are sent via a tracked service. Please select your preferred courier at checkout. Some packages may require a signature. Your order may be subject to Custom Taxes/Duties/Clearance fees. These will be specific to each country. It is your responsibility to pay these fees in full, so you should familiarise yourself with the rules for your area. Failure to pay fees may result in the item being returned or destroyed.
Some of our products are made and shipped to order by a trusted third party supplier. Please see individual product listings or contact us with questions!
Estimated shipping times for each courier are shown next to the service. Please be aware shipping times DO NOT include processing time which is currently around 1-2 working days. Although most of our couriers do deliver within the times stated, please be aware that, in some cases, there may delays [especially with everything going on in the world at the moment!] We are not responsible for delays due to Customs
We will send tracking information to you as soon as your order has shipped. We recommend tracking your parcels journey, as this can help prevent issues and delays. Message us if something doesn't look right with your tracking message or if you don't receive your tracking information


We will ship all items to the address given in Shopify. It is your responsibility to provide us with the correct shipping information.

We are unable to ship certain products to a PO BOX, due to many couriers requiring a signature, which needs a physical person to accept the parcel. If you do want you item shipped to a PO BOX it may still be possible, but will likely incur additional charges. Please get in touch if you are unsure!

If for any reason your order is returned to us, there are a couple of options. If you would like us to reship your order, that can be arranged. [* This may incur extra charges depending on the reason for the return.] Alternatively, we can refund your order [* less the original shipping cost]. We will always contact you to discuss the options! If you did not provide an email address at the time you placed the order and your order is returned to us, we will refund your order, less the original shipping costs


We do everything we can to make sure your order reaches you in top condition. All items are thoroughly checked and carefully packaged before being sent out. If something should go wrong and your item doesn't reach you in the condition you would expect, please get in touch.

We send out hundreds of items so the chances of one or two getting damaged or getting lost will happen- it is not personal, it is not anyone's fault- shit happens. *If it does happen we will sacrifice a forest demon in your honour and deal with the problem as quick as possible to make sure you are happy.
