The best way to contact us is through the contact forms on our website or in the store. Your query will come through to Alex (Mrs Godmachine) or our wonderful new member of staff Eddie.
Office Hours are Mon-Fri between 9am and 5pm and we will do our very best to respond as quickly as possible during these times!
To help us solve any issues quicker- please provide us with as much info as you can e.g. your order number, what you've bought and where you live.
This will help us track it all down and sort it out faster :D

SHIPPING

 

UK - all orders are sent via Royal Mail* 2nd Class Tracked and Signed For

REST OF THE WORLD - all orders are sent via Royal Mail* and will have a tracking number. Some packages may require a signature.
Your order may be subject to Custom Taxes/Duties/Clearance fees. These will be specific to each country. It is your responsibility to pay these fees in full, so you should familiarise yourself with the rules for your area
Failure to pay fees may result in the item being returned or destroyed. If you have any requests regarding how we should mark your order, please let us know in the customer comments section :)

Unfortunately we are unable to add any special instructions for delivery eg safe place instructions
* certain products will require a different shipping method, but we always use a Tracked service :)

TRACKING

All orders are sent out with a tracking number.
Depending on the shipping service used, you will EITHER have the tracking number added to your order OR you will receive an email from the shipping provider with tracking information
If you have had an email from Shopify to say your item has shipped but there is no tracking number, Please check your inbox/spam folder for a message from the shipping provider before getting in touch!

RETURNS/REFUNDS

All SALES ARE FINAL. Please check all listings and images carefully before purchasing.

I'VE ORDERED TWO THINGS AND ONLY ONE HAS TURNED UP?

If you have ordered two items, they may well have to be shipped separately, especially if they are different types of product.

If one item from your has turned up and the other one hasnt yet- please give it a few days- one may have gone in one sack and the other in a different sack and poor old posty has yet to work his way around to them. It is stressful for things to be split up in the post and although I tell all my stuff to look after each other, sometimes they stray apart.

T-SHIRTS

We can offer an exchange but you would be responsible for the return postage and the cost to re-ship the new tshirt/s**

MUGS

These will be printed and shipped by a trusted third party :)
Please allow 2/3 weeks for your item to be made and delivered
If you have any questions about your order, please don't hesitate to get in touch!

BRUSHES

All brushes are sent manually and by email.

This service is NOT automated. Codes will be sent out within 5 days.

Passwords will be sent to you via the email address provided in Paypal, so please ensure it is correct.

If you think you haven't received the code, please remember to check your Spam before dropping us a message :)

The link to the brushes/art packs are on the listing in the shop. Please read carefully before buying.

YOUR ADDRESS

We will ship all items to the address given in Shopify. It is your responsibility to provide us with the correct shipping information.

If you live overseas but choose the UK delivery option, your full purchase will be refunded.

PROMISE

We do everything we can to make sure your order reaches you in top condition. All items are thoroughly checked and carefully packaged before being sent out.

If something should go wrong and your item doesn't reach you in the condition you would expect, please get in touch.

We send out hundreds of items so the chances of one or two getting damaged or getting lost will happen- it is not personal, it is not anyone's fault- shit happens.
If it does happen we will sacrifice a forest demon in your honour and deal with the problem as quick as possible to make sure you are happy.

DAMAGES

Due to the limited nature of many of our products, if your item is damaged we may not always be able to send you a replacement. Please get in touch to see what options are available to you.
If the post is damaged we will refund you entirely on receipt of damaged goods. No discounts will be available.

ALL ORDERS

All orders are packed and posted by Godmachine and Mrs Godmachine and the wonderful Eddie in their shed and not in some factory by magic elves.
We are human and, although we try really hard not too, sometimes we make mistakes!
If you're not happy, please get in touch and we will do our very best to help

It usually won't take anywhere near this long :)
This just helps us to account for sickness, stock shortages, supply issues, public holidays, acts of god and any other trials the universe decides to throw our way!!
