We do not offer refunds, so please check all information [descriptions, size charts etc] carefully before making a purchase. If you can't find the answer to your question, our friendly team is on hand to help, so don't hesitate to get in touch!

I HAVE PLACED AN ORDER BY MISTAKE

Please email us as soon as possible on hello@godmachine.co.uk and include your order number. If your order has not been dispatched, we will refund your order in full. If your order has already been dispatched, you may still return the item to us for a refund at your own cost

MY ORDER HAS ARRIVED DAMAGED

We do everything we can to make sure your order reaches you in perfect condition. All items are thoroughly checked and carefully packaged before being sent out. However, if something should go wrong & your item doesn't reach you in the condition you expect, please let us know as soon as possible. Email us with your Order Number and take some pictures of both the damaged item/s and the condition of the packaging. This will help us to deal with the issue more quickly

I HAVE RECEIVED THE INCORRECT ITEM

If you have received the an incorrect item in your order, please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused, and let us know as soon as possible. Email us with your Order Number and take some pictures of the incorrect item/s. This will help us to deal with the issue more quickly
