Please be aware that these are guidelines only and given the time of year and the increased volume of parcels there could be additional factors that increase shipping times. Bottom line? Thankfully, delivery mishaps are relatively uncommon but, unfortunately, doorstep parcel theft seems to be on the rise 😢 One study suggests over a billion parcels are lost or stolen in a single year!!

We try to make sure we are protecting our customers by using reputable couriers and providing tracking information for all orders. PLEASE help us to help you guys further by nominating a 'Safe Place' to leave parcels, so they aren't just left on the doorstep*

If you select UPS as your courier, we STRONGLY recommend enroling for UPS My Choice, so you can track & manage your delivery in real time*

  4. Complete your purchase with the all-inclusive price.

FAQs

Q: Will I always have to pay duties and taxes?
A: Not necessarily. Duties and taxes depend on your country's regulations and the value of your order. Some countries have exemptions for lower-value purchases.

Q: What happens if I choose not to prepay duties and taxes?
A: If you opt not to prepay, you will still be required to pay these fees upon delivery, which could result in delays. You may also be charged additional handling & brokerage fees by the carrier.

Q: Can I estimate the duties and taxes before checkout?
A: Yes, during the checkout process, the duties and taxes will be calculated and displayed before you finalize your purchase.

GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

A NOTE ON SHIPPING WITH UPS

UPS will NOT ship to PO Boxes or Military Base addresses. If you do choose to ship with UPS, we would recommend using UPS My Choice, which allows you to track & modify your delivery.

A NOTE ON SHIPPING WITH ROYAL MAIL

UK: Royal Mail say that Tracked 24 & Tracked 48 parcels should arrive in 1-2 & 2-3 days respectively, however some parcels take longer and once they have been collected from us we have no control over shipping times. If you haven't received your order within 5 working days, our experience has shown it could have been left with a neighbour or at your local post office. In the unlikely event your order hasn't arrived within 10 working days, please email us with the details and we can start a claim. Please Note: Royal Mail doesn't class a UK package as lost until 7 working days have passed from the expected delivery date and so we would be unable to send a replacement or offer a refund until at least 7 working days have passed.

International: Royal Mail say that International Tracked parcels should arrive in approx. 5-7 days, however some parcels take longer and once they have been collected from us we have no control over shipping times. If you haven't received your order within 10 working days, our experience has shown it could have been left with a neighbour or at your local post office or it could be held in customs. In the unlikely event your order hasn't arrived within 15 working days, please email us with the details and we can look into it for you. Please Note: Royal Mail doesn't class an International package as lost until 25 working days have passed from the expected delivery date and so we would be unable to send a replacement or offer a refund until at least 25 working days have passed.

A NOTE ON SHIPPING WITH DHL

DHL considers a small number of addresses as being in a 'remote area'. On these rare occasions they will impose a Remote Area Charge.

WHITE LABEL GOODS SHIPPING

Some of our products are made and shipped to order by a trusted third party supplier. If you purchase both white label goods and products from our core range in the same transaction you will have 2 charges for shipping, as these will ship from 2 different locations. Please see individual product listings or contact us with questions!

SHIPPING TIMES

Estimated shipping times for each courier are shown next to the service. Please be aware shipping times DO NOT include processing time which is currently around 1-2 working days [this excludes weekends & some public holidays]. Although most of our couriers do deliver within the times stated, please be aware that, in some cases, there may delays [especially with everything going on in the world at the moment!] We are not responsible for delays due to Customs

TRACKING INFORMATION

We will send tracking information to you as soon as your order has shipped. We recommend tracking your parcels journey, as this can help prevent issues and delays. Message us if something doesn't look right with your tracking message or if you don't receive your tracking information

YOUR ADDRESS

We will ship all items to the address given in Shopify. It is your responsibility to provide us with the correct shipping information. Please message us immediately if the address provided is incomplete or incorrect to prevent shipping issues

We are unable to ship certain products to a PO BOX, due to many couriers requiring a signature, which needs a physical person to accept the parcel. If you do want you item shipped to a PO BOX it may still be possible, but will likely incur additional charges. Please get in touch if you are unsure!

RETURNS

If for any reason your order is returned to us by the courier, there are a couple of options. If you would like us to reship your order, that can be arranged. [* This may incur extra charges depending on the reason for the return.] Alternatively, we can refund your order [* less the original shipping cost]. We will always contact you to discuss the options! If you did not provide an email address at the time you placed the order and your order is returned to us, we will refund your order, less the original shipping costs

OUR PROMISE

We do everything we can to make sure your order reaches you in top condition. All items are thoroughly checked and carefully packaged before being sent out. If something should go wrong and your item doesn't reach you in the condition you would expect, please get in touch.

We send out hundreds of items so the chances of one or two getting damaged or getting lost will happen- it is not personal, it is not anyone's fault- shit happens. *If it does happen we will sacrifice a forest demon in your honour and deal with the problem as quick as possible to make sure you are happy.
