RETURNS

We hope you are 100% happy with your Haus of Godmachine purchase, however if you need to return an item for any reason, please follow the steps below 🖤

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM [UK]*
- You must notify us within 14 days of receiving the item - please email Eddie [she/her] at hello@godmachine.co.uk with your order number and the reason for the return.
- You will then have 14 days to return the item. You must ensure to return the item with the original tags/packaging in unwashed and unworn condition
- Remember to keep your proof of posting, as the goods remain your responsibility until we receive them back at GMHQ
- All return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer & are non refundable

*NB For hygiene reasons, Swimwear is non-returnable

- You must notify us within 14 days of receiving the item - please email Eddie [she/her] at hello@godmachine.co.uk with your order number and the reason for the return.
- You will then have 14 days to return the item. You must ensure to return the item with the original tags/packaging in unwashed and unworn condition
- Remember to keep your proof of posting, as the goods remain your responsibility until we receive them back at GMHQ
- All return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer & are non-refundable. Any import taxes paid should be reclaimed from the relevant authorities

*NB For hygiene reasons, Swimwear is non-returnable

EXCHANGES
- Exchanges are available for UK customers only.
- Customers are liable for any return shipping costs, we will cover the cost to ship the exchange back to you
- Exchanges are valid across like for like products subject to availability. Alternatively, store credit may be issued

FAULTY/DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
On the rare occasion that an item is incorrect or faulty, please email Eddie with:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- Details of the issue along with pictures if applicable*
Eds will get it resolved for you asap 🖤
* Please retain your original packaging until the matter has been resolved - we may need images of this in order to process a claim for damaged items

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND
- Once we have received your item, we aim to process your refund within 2 business days [subject to checks]. Please note this may take longer during peak times - thanks for your patience!
- Refunds will be credited to the account used to make the original purchase & you will be notified by email. Times may vary depending on initial payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable

IMPORTANT STUFF
- If items are not returned in resaleable condition - e.g. washed, worn, smelling of smoke or covered in pet hair etc - we reserve the right to refuse the return*
- Returns made after 28 days will be accepted solely at our discretion*

* If you fail to meet these conditions, your return may be rejected, the item may be returned to you & you may be liable for the return postage costs

REFUSED/UNCLAIMED INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
- If an international order is returned to us 'Unclaimed' or 'Refused' we will contact you to let you know.* In this situation there will be 2 options
1. We can re-ship the item, but there would be an additional charge for shipping
2. We can refund the order, less the original shipping costs
* To minimise this issue: Please ensure you provide both a valid email and phone number for your order. These will be used by customs to contact you regarding any Duties/Taxes owed &/or to arrange delivery. Please also use the tracking number we provide to you to keep an eye on your shipment.
