REST OF THE WORLD - all orders are sent using a Tracked Service, please select your preferred courier at checkout. Some packages may require a signature. Your order may be subject to Custom Taxes/Duties/Clearance fees. These will be specific to each country. It is your responsibility to pay these fees in full, so you should familiarise yourself with the rules for your area. Failure to pay fees may result in the item being returned or destroyed.
-We will ship all items to the address given in Shopify. It is your responsibility to provide us with the correct shipping information.
-We are unable to ship certain products to a PO BOX, due to many couriers requiring a signature, which needs a physical person to accept the parcel. If you do want you item shipped to a PO BOX it may still be possible, but will likely incur additional charges.
-The shipping times shown, DO NOT include processing time. This is normally one business day. For hand drawn items please allow at least a week. If you need an item by a specific date, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.
