There were problems with DHL so the packages were sent back but they said i refused them (which i never did). I e-mailed the company and I had excellent customer service with patience and kindness. Together we tried to solve the problem. It took a bit longer for tha packages to arrive because of UPS, but i finally recieved my order and I am super with it.
