Bad packaging and bad management of shipping

The parcel was supposed to arrive by service dhl. Nobody warned me that I had changed to the Poczta Polska delivery service, and the parcel is now lying in the department. Also, the clothes themselves were not packed with additional protection. This is irresponsible. Your competitors, such as Killstar and Disturbia, do everything better.
